Convenient hotel with very friendly staff and fast wi-fi. Magnificent and marvelous location a short walk from Central Market. - Soundproof and clean room for relaxing. - Perfect facilities.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center, taxis, and Guayaquil, E. A few times I ate at La Fondue, located within a close distance from the property. Rooms were soundproof and clean and provided with AC and Wifi, as example. Everything here was perfect.

During our recent stay, we experienced excellent service from the front desk. We had booked a room that didn't match our expectations, but when we brought this up, they immediately offered us a room that met our needs. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by providing us with complimentary breakfast the next morning. The level of service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Two free beverages were offered upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located in a central and convenient location. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.

The overall decor was outdated and the bathroom was cluttered with dispensers. the internet in the room was spotty and unreliable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with printing papers, arranging taxis, and even negotiating fares. The location was very convenient - just a short walk away from the downtown area and a famous restaurant, El Pez Volador. The hotel facilities were outstanding, including a secure and clean parking lot, a comfortable restaurant serving delicious meals, and the best internet speeds in the city.

Our stay was pleasant overall, with some great perks to mention. the front desk staff was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, allowing us to rest well. the breakfast served daily was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The soundproofing of the rooms could have been better as we could hear noise from outside, potentially disturbing our sleep.
